Co-creation and networking event for innovative visionaries

You are more than welcome to join us at our co-creation bootcamp and (hybrid) networking event on 3 July 2024 at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
What is BecomeGLOCAL?
In 2024 and 2025, six Chilean, Colombian, Spanish and Dutch universities join forces with local industries across their regions in the BecomeGLOCAL project. In this project, we aim to equip students, academics AND professionals with skills and mindsets they need to thrive in the glocal (local and global) workplace through the development of joint employability courses. In the past six months, we have been laying a strong foundation for these course together: building relationships, exploring key work skills across regions and developing pedagogical expertise. Starting from this foundation, we are ready to move forward and co[1]create the courses we will implement in the months ahead – and you are more than invited to be part of this exciting process.
The Bootcamp
On 3 July, academics from all six universities and industry partners representing employers in all regions will gather for a co-creation bootcamp. After an inspiring opening by glocal entrepreneur Jhonatan Bringas, we will embark on an intensive, facilitated co-design session, in which teams (5 academics, 2 industry partners, 2 students) develop a concrete proposal under high time pressure. After a few hours of concentrated work, teams will pitch their plans to colleagues, companies and other potential stakeholders in a hybrid network session.

The Bootcamp and Networking event will take place on 3 July 2024 from 9:30 - 17:30 CET at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. You are welcome to join the Bootcamp on site and the Networking event on site, or online.
