dr. Rob Gilsing

Professor

Transforming Youth Care

Rob has been studying youth policies and youth care for a long time, from 1996 to 2009 as a researcher at the Netherlands Institute for Social Research and between 2009 and 2018 at Verwey-Jonker Institute. He got his PhD-degree in 2005, with a thesis on the relationship between national and local youth policies. In 2019, Rob held his inaugural lecture.

dr. Cora Bartelink-Koelewijn

Cora works as a researcher at Research Group Transforming Youth Care. She is involved in research into the alliance between parents, young people and youth professionals. She also conducts research into interprofessional collaboration.

Tamara Bos MSc

Tamara is involved in normalizing and working with diversity sensitivity in youth care. She is the leader of the normalization learning network and the connecting officer for the Regional Youth Workshop SAMEN.

dr. ir. Fenne van Doorn

Fenne was educated at the Delft University of Technology and works as a teacher in the Communication & Multimedia Design course, in both the Dutch and English programs. She works as a design researcher at Research Group Transforming Youth Care. Her expertise lies in design-oriented, participatory research into the context, wishes and living environment of different target groups.

Zeliha Erdal MSc

Zeliha works as a lecturer in the Pedagogy program. She also works as a researcher for Research Group Transforming Youth Care. For the research group, Zeliha conducts research on the experiences of professionals in the Haaglanden region (Professional Experience Research).

Mirjam Heemskerk-van der Sprong MSc

Mirjam works as a higher education lecturer at the pabo, the teacher training college. She also conducts research into themes in which the domains of 'education' and 'youth care' intersect. Mirjam's other research concerns the coordination of the differences between students and teachers (in training) in primary education.

Marije van der Hulst

Marije conducts various studies in which the themes of multidisciplinary collaboration, normalization and a Solid Start come together. For example, she conducts research into prenatal home visits to pregnant women in Delft and collects inspiring examples of normalization. Marije is also involved in Incluzie - a study into inclusive and healthy growing up and parenting.
